I’m Nico Arcata. NASM Certified Personal Trainer and founder of ARC Training. I’ve spent years pushing my limits across multiple disciplines: bodybuilding, endurance racing, HYROX competitions and combat sports. From running marathons, half marathons, ultra races, to training Muay Thai, I’ve built my coaching philosophy around one thing:
